Great additions

Very interesting Photo, thanks for sharing..

I had a hard time finding good pictures of the Wildlife Wonders orangutan on the internet that show how tall this model is.
So for future collectors that may be interested in this model, I thought it would be nice to have a photo for size reference.

This Gorilla is wonderful, the texture is so good and really captures the shaggy fur that they have!

For days I have searched this forum and the internet for pictures of the Wildlife Wonders chimpanzee from Safari ltd. together with some other animal figures. Just to see how tall this figure really is.
I couldn't find any... Some stock photo's yes, some pictures of the figure alone, yes. But that was not what I was looking for.
Well, here he is. Together with the Schleich chimp.
And together with the Wildlife Wonders orangutan and Rebor's gorilla. The only reason I wanted him in my collection.

Huge but nice

Such a beautiful, detailed model!

They are huge indeed! But I like the way they are somewhat in the same scale.
I can't keep my eyes of them.

Watching them together works even better. They're all beautiful pieces but the problem is not the size, the problem is the noise.

I wonder why this animal is called lar gibbon. It is even on its scientific name. Lar means probably small man or boy but I don't expect to see this on a scientific name. Lar in Portugal means home in the same sense as hogar in Spanish.
