Overall my favorite pony of the first half of 2018 releases. He is a sturdy go getter, I like that.

+ The sturdiness of his pose
+ The dapples
+ He has an open charm about him

- His mane structure
- Demon eyes
- The way the dapples don't really fade well into his white fur

The colour is nice.

My considerations are:
- It is an attractive figure that will please their main target;
- The sculpt and pose are rather simple what makes it look somewhat consensual;
- Painting layout is reminiscent of Andalusian stallion;
- It doesn't look like a real pony but it is also not excessively cartoonized;
- Breed choice is good once it is a well known one and there wasn't a figure of it yet on Schleich collections;
- My choice of a Welsh pony in that scale would be surely the Mojö figure.

Thank you for sharing, I was curious about this one. I like his face from frontal view, but his mouth from profile is strange and I really don't like how his ears are attached to the head. His neck is same as the mare's too strong and long. Both are nice toys.

He is currently one of 'best' horses for 2018

I am sorry. Usually I try to see the best in a model, - but I really do not find the moodel very attractive. The head/neck and the body look like they are from two different animals.
But that is my opinion, sorry

By far my favourite of the 2018 models so far, but then again I do have a thing for dapples
