| Dunkin was a brand of chewing gum manufactured by the Spanish company Gallina Blanca. Several promotional figures were offered as gifts together with their gums. Among them, a series of monochromatic animal figures, called Fieras del Zoo (Zoo Beasts in English). This series was launched in in 1967 and figures were available in different colors. I've found this information while trying to find an identification to a blue chromatic fox I received from Fallon some time ago. They seem to be available in several colors, at least I find some different colors on Spanish websites and they're sold as Dunkin. Mine arrived from USA but I don't know the source where Fallon acquired it. So, as it happens with several other premium figures, it might be offered as a premium figure of a different brand. Some figures are really primitively sculpted and I have difficulties identifying a few. Could you please help me? For example, what is the 2nd figure of the 2nd row? ... and the third of the last row is it a striped hyena? If you have more informations or figures to show, please present them here. I listed them on TAI based on picture below that belongs to this nice blog. Picture is externally linked in this topic just to serve as illustrative. | Never heard before. The animals on the first pic are not so much interesting. But your fox looks much better :) _________________ www.spielzeugtiere.com STS members can merge Andreas |

| While somewhat overly stylized, and I don't like the bright monochromatic colors, I always found food premiums to be really neat and interesting figures to collect! |

| That is a funky styled hyena! If I could get one cheap I totally would...but why is it that I'm thinking they aren't that cheap!? _________________ I used to have an online store, but now it's a Blog exploring the variety in my collection! | I originally acquired the fox in a lot of these animals from Germany. I think my fox is yellow? Haven't looked at it for a while! _________________ - FALLON- |
