SUY March 2018: Lizards

I am proud to open the SUY of the large group of lizards: Welcome are all geckos, iguanas, chameleons, monitors and so on.

I will start with the main part of my lizard collection, later will come more specials.

Thank you Susanne, but it is only because i collect also the chinese figurines. And i dont have a good lizard book for identify thiese figurines, so i collect these chinese models also in the (small) colour variations. And as a specie collector i hope for any subspecies than.

And this one, which came with Rebor's Dimorphodon. It could just as easily be a stem-tuatara such as Gephyrosaurus, Rebor doesn't say, unfortunately. In any event I doubt there will ever be a SUY for tuataras...

Nice lizards; great collection Andreas. I see last year's chameleon from CollectA is smaller than I thought, more in line with a New Ray figure? That's nice!

Thank you Blaine, the CollectA chameleon size is the largest that i accepted for my zoo :)

Here is a large, generic lizard I have since 1983, when I was a child. It was one of my favorite toys. Marked "Made in Hong Kong", it was available in a no longer existing convenient store, in a large box along with other models of lizards. The buyer just picked the one he/she wanted. To me, they were all cool, and I chose mine at random. As an adult, I never succeeded in tracking the other lizards in this paricular line.

I never saw it before :)

I remember there was a whole reddish-orange one with visible ribs in this set, as well as a collared lizard. But I don't remember the others.
