Atlantic rainforest, Amazon and more!

I'm Diego, I'm a brazilian biologist and I took some pics of my brazilian faunal figures separating them according to their ecosystem, there are six-ish Brazilian ecoregieons, so I made five of them:

Brazilian savannah, aka, Cerrado:

(Blue-yellow macaw, Maned wolf, Giant Anteater and Toco Toucan)

Brazilian wetlands, aka, Pantanal:

Interesting again. Is your green-billed toucan repainted?

And are you interested only in major brands with a similar size or also in smaller brands? The small brands like Play Visions, Club Earth and K&M , so for example other howler monkeys, a Tayra, black caiman (also one made by Trendmaster), capuchin monkey and golden lion monkey, golden conure and a sun conure (also by Shineg HP from Japan).

There are any more but they are not easy to find.

And there is a Safari Ltd peccary

Yeah, I've repainted the Keel-billed toucan to a green-billed toucan, the first one is from Central America, so I "turned" it into a native species lol it was really fun working on that. I plan on doing the same for the my alligator and for the peccary (both north americans) as soon as I get one!

I like when things are a similar size, so other companies I may buy and repaint to turn smaller ones into cubs lol but the golden tamarin is at a good size, because it is small anyway

Collecting animals representing the local fauna is surely a great subject. Mainly when you are from a country with such rich biodiversity. Most of your figures are recent once most of these animals were misrepresented before in toy shape. Diversity in this hobby is expanding a lot and it allows collectors like you to show such an interesting theme. You will surely find, through Andreas links, some other figures you can add in your collection. Studying what exists and what was released in the past, is one of the nicest jobs in this hobby.

The are both beautyful and very interesting !
I know most about the Brazilian fauna from TV, but those people who make them, usually mix up ecosystems, so your pictures are very welcome

I am actually a biologist and I have a degree in science teaching, so yeah, I like my stuff to be well organized and if I can teach someone along the way, the better it is!
