| I made this for practice of diorama making and repainting of plastic figures. Fox figure is from schleich I think, I could be wrong though. I tried to make it look like a Himalayan Hill Fox ( Vulpes vulpes montana) in its summer coat. Tell me what you think, all kinds of criticism is welcome, since I want to improve my painting skills. thank you [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |

| It looks really wonderful to me and I hope you keep using your skills. There are some good painters on forum, Ii am sure they will give you good advises if needed. The little diorama is so beautiful, have you based it on Indian mountains landscape and flora? |

Thank you both of you. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.], yes, the pictures I used for reference showed dark muddy soil and bluish gray rocks with either lichen or algae growing on them. The shrubs I made as a height reference to show that the fox is a rather small animal because on its own the figure standing on bare base appeared large. |

| Thank you Susanne another thing I forgot to add to my post, since I am not very good at taking pictures, there is a glossy shine on the figure and base but I actually used matt varnish spray to seal it. There is some problem with colors also as they appear different in pictures than the original. Taking accurate pictures of small things is a task in itself! |

It surely is !!!!! I always take them through a image editing programme to adjust the light . But I am in doubt if they come out differently on different monitors Anyway, your fox and base are ever so wonderful, also in your pictures |
