Requesting for Help with Identification

Good day! I am a collector from the Philippines. I chanced upon these two beautiful little creatures in a flea market-style bin during a toy convention. There appear to be Japanese characters imprinted onto the figures and they have a rubbery feel to them, but the gloss/shine to the plastic is unlike any keshigomu I have ever encountered.

May you please help me identify them, so I can look up the rest of whatever series they belong to?

At first I thought that there was "ENGLAND" printed in them, but now I see that it is actually Japanese signs.

I have no idea what brand they are, but hope somebody else can help you
