Please let me present this wonderful model of a stunning bird !!

From Wikipedia :
Excluding the two species of condors, the king vulture is the largest of the New World vultures. Its overall length ranges from 67 to 81 cm (26–32 in) and its wingspan is 1.2 to 2 m (4–7 ft). Its weight ranges from 2.7 to 4.5 kg (6–10 lb)

I was really missing your walk arounds, Susanne! Your topic is excellent as usual and gives justice to this exciting figure. The sculpt is excellent and the pose is irreprochable. I love the legs, wings, neck, everything. Safari Ltd is rivaling CollectA these two last years if not doing better.

I did not like this bird much when I held it in my hands for the first time, not very long ago. After seeing all details in your excellent photos I have changed my mind. The model is lovely. Thank you Susanne!

I have tried that a few times also.
Taking/seeing detailed photos often reveals if a model has more charm than you see with the bare eyes
