Interesting alternative to the standard models. I wonder if this fowl works for 1:20 scale once the standard models are often too big when compared with cows and horses. They are surely much larger than Britains counterparts but those are 1:32 as you know.

Congratulations! I still love that Mongolian horse, the Darwin frog is such a good model too. I'm glad I 100% do not have room for starting a frog collection, cos I keep seeing so many I'd happily own if I was letting myself start on them, hahah

The Green Python is wonderful!
The Springbok I got as the only other model I have is the Britains one
The Paint/Pinto I got as the Overo pattern is not seen that often except in Breyer models.I'm very happy with this model
The Chincoteague is very nice as well  but the markings are a bit odd as the mane is flaxen but the tail is chestnut!

I also got a great impression when I received my python. Such an unusual snake species. Though, I love this springbok. It is my favorite gazelle figure. I like it slightly more than the very nice Dama gazelle. I know CollectA does not need more antelopes but I miss them among their new releases.

I think the mane is supposed to be just slightly off-white, like it's faintly dirty (fitting for a feral-living pony like the Chincoteague). The forelock from between the ears is chestnut like the tail, so I think they've lined up the mane to be two-tone in keeping with the pony's markings - chestnut mane where the head has colour, while the neck's white so the mane is too.
