Toy Major 2002 Howling Wolf Walkaround

Subject: Toy Major 2002 Howling Wolf Walkaround Thu 10 Oct 2019, 21:25

I picked this figure up on Ebay recently. The bottom is marked TM and 2002, but I don't know much about it outside of that. It looks a bit similar to the 1997 Toy Major wolf, but the pose is slightly different. Also, this might be a contender for the derpest eyes on any of my wolf figures.

Today I am learning more about Toy Major wolves then in all my life as a forum member. study

I have three Toy Major foxes, let me know if you find also foxes once I am sure I don't have them all from this company.

Huge guy! Is it made of different parts? For example, the head and the body.

No, it's all one piece. Though the way the hackles meet the rest of the body makes me think it was sealed together from two pieces in production. I think it's very likely hollow, based on how light it is, so I guess that would make sense.

I unfortunately don't have any Toy Major foxes, though I do have what I believe to be a smaller knockoff of one.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] The bottom reads Fox, Made in China, and F. It has some paint damage from play and from being stored for in a box for years.

Many thanks, it is always not easy to find out the correct information about this kind of figures.
I have these two, larger than the regular foxes from known brands, quite different manufacturing but the same sculpt. One is sold by Mamejo but marked AAA as usual with this brand and the other, of a lower quality, is sold by Timpo, a brand of cheap toys, not the vintage one.
