Looks a lot like New-Ray to me too but I've never seen that figure before so I can't be sure. The lioness from the most famous series of that time is different but there are some figures we couldn't sort yet, namely this ostrich from 1994. Isn't your figure marked with a year?

Only marked with : CHINA

I think that is NewRay too, the base, the colors, the texture are similar.

The Krea animals have a thicker base.

Let's wait for other answers to be sure.

Yes would agree and think its a New Ray or copy of this.
