| Unfortunately I have been a bit busy this weekend, but I will make a point of posting my gastropods soon.
Please share your snails, slugs, limpets, and some clams/bivalves for more diversity! |

| Here are most of my gastropods (this is a copy-and-paste from my Synoptic post): Terrestrial snails and slugs: 1. air-breathing land snail, Euhadra amaliae (Kaiyodo) 2. air-breathing land snail, Euhadra peliomphala (Kitan Club) 3. shining Leptopoma, Leptopoma vitreum (Kaiyodo) 4. garden slug, Ambigolimax valentianus (Takara Tomy A.R.T.S.) [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Marine snails: 1. false fusus, Hemifusus tuba (AAA) 2. Japanese Babylon snail, Babylonia japonica (AAA) 3. scaly-foot snail, Chrysomallon suamiferum(Ikimon) 4. Beyrich's slit-shell, Mikaotrochus beyrichii (Epoch) 5. emperor slit-shell, Mikaotrochus hirasei (Kaiyodo) 6. panther cowrie, Cypraea pantherina (Safari LTD) This could represent either this species or the tiger cowrie, C. tigris; my assignment is my personal choice. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Sea slugs (nudibranchs). This group is no stranger to figure form. Play Visions, Yujin, and Kitan Club all released sets of 8-10 species. Getting complete sets is hard, so I will probably add to this slowly over time. These three are propped up on various bases: 1. sea angel, Clione limacina (Takara Tomy A.R.T.S.) 2. predatory nudibranch, Tyrannodoris luteolineata (Agatsuma Entertainment) 3. hooded nudibranch, Melibe viridis (syn. M. japonica) (Agatsuma Entertainment) [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]These eight species are all small figures from various Nature Techni Colour sets by Kitan Club or Ikimon: 1. blue angel, Glaucus atlanticus2. Kunei's sea slug, Goniobranchus kunei3. Bullock's nudibranch, Hypselodoria bullocki4. blue dorid, Hypselodoria festiva5. celestial phyllidia, Phyllidia coelestis6. elegant phyllidia, Phyllidia elegans7. black-and-white sea slug, Trapania naeva8. red-spot nudibranch, Ardeadoris cruenta[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |

| So much good stuff! I would have expected a few muricids given their shell ornaments. _________________ Where I try to find the best figure of every species: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] |

I think it would be acceptable to fit them into this thread because of that. |

| Yesterday I was searching and searching in my Bully-boxes for these, but could not find them, - and then I woke up this morning and knew I had put them in the box with the snakes Why ? Well, perhaps because there was room for them in the box? A good example how NOT to keep the models easy to find Here they are ! From the good old days of Bullyland, when they were enormously interesting and among the bravest ones in the market Banana slug ( no 64378), brown slug ( no 64376), and red slug ( no 64377), made 1994-1999 : [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Edible snail, no 64375, made 1994 till recently. The light one is the oldest one and was replaced by the dark one which was made untill recently, and is so realistic that it made one of my friend scream, when she saw it on the table in the garden [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |

I think it is good enough just with gastropoda, we can always open new topics by invitation or so and without polls and I can take note of Blaine's interest of opening a SUY for bivalvia. |

| Andreas, they are plastic like all other Japanese style figures, but they are solid with no assembly. I reviewed the whole set in the miscellaneous Japanese figures section |
