I have done a few customs over the years on my double horses but nothing really special and worth to show (I'll post them here if someone is interested)
But today I decided to do something new. I wanted a kelpie (man-eating-shapeshiting-waterhorse not the dog ^^ ) for some years now, hoping for a brand to do one but no chance.
I had in my custom bucket this berbere horse from papo

The mane was perfect for the idea of being dripping wet and wild.
For the moment I just carved a big predatory mouth (I don't have the right tool to carve deeper) and paint the base of a grey coat

), add shades of greys, blues and greens, probably some dapples, and do details for the head and hooves.
