Is this a new logo from 'AAA'? Empty
PostSubject: Is this a new logo from 'AAA'?   Is this a new logo from 'AAA'? EmptyMon Jul 27, 2020 7:44 pm

I found these sea animals in a toy store last year. It is a material like Bullyland Softplay (a kind of foam). But with hard plastic eyes.

The animals appear to be in two different sizes because I found a species in both sizes (see Sparidae). Unfortunately, only a few intact figures were available.

The 'AAA' logo still has the subtitle 'Triple A Toys'. Does this have any relation to the three A's in a circle?

Since the figures look the same from both sides, I only photographed one side at a time.
I hope that I have correctly determined the species.

Ammodytidae (Sand lance/Sandaal) oder Engraulidae (Anchovy/Sardelle), but the dorsal fin does not match either.  11cm

Sparidae (Sea breams/Meerbrassen) the black-silver one could be out of the gennus Diplodus, 9cm/16cm

Scombridae (Tuna/Thunfisch) 9.5cm

Apparently Triple A Toys is a German retailer. Also these models do not look like AAA at all.
I think Fernando means it is strange and not exactly rare but actually it is strange that they use the Triple A denomination that is already common among collectors of AAA models.
Here is their website

This marking is really idiotic! Too big, too visible, simply ugly Sad
