| This model went directly on my wishlist when I saw the picture It has almost everything : Charm, beauty, (almost) accuracy, and lots of humour The dog is a little cross-bred Terrier, I think, and they can do just that kind of tricks. I know that many corgies like to jump from back to back of a flock of sheep, - much easier than to run round the flock if you have short legs. Once I visited a farm where they had Iceland horses, and on one of them sat a little, red chicken !!! As soon as the horses came into the stable, the chicken would jump on the rump of the horse, and usually she would stay there and sleep during night Here they are, the mare and the little dog [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Some other CollectA horses to show the size : A large Arabian the cute Dartmoor mare . [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]What breeds are the mare-and-dog then ? Well, on the mare it says "Mare & Terrier". [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]In the catalogue it says "Skewbald mare with terrier" , or just " Skewbald mare" except in German, where you can choose between "Pet-pony with her dog friend" and "German riding pony with terrier-mix" I can not read the Greek description Thus, I suppose you can choose what you like best [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Now to some photos [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]That mare has the most lovely face [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The dog also, - look at the flappy ears ! They could have been a little more precise when painting the nose, though [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The way the mane falls to the sides is lovely and very realistic ! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Deborah McDermott seems to have a problem making the chest of some horse models. Or perhaps it is to make it easier to hold in a little hand ? [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The hooves are nicely made, but the front hooves should be more rounded. The rule of thumb is that a front hoof is round, and the back hooves are heart-shaped [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]I could call the little dog Terri, that is the name of Tin Tin's dog in Danish [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]If I should be REALLY critical, there should be shorter hairs at the top of the tail. It leads rain away from the thin skin under the tail. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Yip ! Yip !! Could somebody paint my nose round , please ? [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]All in all : A wonderful model, in my opinion |

| Oh what a fantastic figure! The little dog looks like Pippen, our late little maltipoo, if it were totally white. Thanks for the walkaround! _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs. | Regardless of each personal taste. That is a remarkable figure. I don't remember seeing many figures like these before and CollectA was bold enough to release it. The dog is funny and the mare is very beautiful, such a gentle pony. I think it is really great although some children will probably try to remove the dog. Greek reads Skewbald mare and Terrier. Transliteration of mare is forada. |

| The figure is certainly a very nice model and now I'm putting it on my wishlist!
We had a donkey and goose whom were best friends and the goose would always follow him around. Then one day we sold the donkey (and my father regretted it as it supposedly bad luck to sell a donkey and this is what happened next...)
Firstly our house was broken into and our tumble drier was stolen Secondly our quad was stolen Thirdly the man who bought our donkey died
Then we got our donkey back, and as soon as he got out of the trailer he ran towards his stable with the goose following after him. _________________ [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] ADAM [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] "Our planet is in crisis. | Yes it was, and he lived till he was 32! Spending the good years with the goose until Scoot (the goose) was taken by a fox in early 2006 _________________ [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] ADAM [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] "Our planet is in crisis. | WOW !!!! Extremely inventive But we know that already, - if I had a model animal company, I would employ my crodile friend as the first one

| Whether you like horses/dogs or not, there is no denying that this is a very well done and entertaining model. CollectA at its best, I think. Being innovative. |
