Life: The Evolution of Life on Earth Series

Ok friends. This is a message of news about the board game called “Life: The Evolution of Life on Earth Series”. This is a game created by Oammararak Suchimonsri. This game includes so many species, most of them new to the dinosaur figure universe. This is a game with 5 different eras and many many taxa.
1. Precambrian
2. Cambrian
3. Ordovician
4. Silurian
5. Devonian
Interestingly, I may or may not be getting this game (hopefully may). I like the species, but if I could find a cheap version of this game (like for example, maybe just the pieces because I am such a big fan of the species) the creatures are still rather small for my taste. If they were bigger and sold in a set like what Favorite co or Safari Ltd did, I would enjoy making dioramas of the species.

Interestingly, the creator of the game said on the other Dinosaur Toy Forum that she would think next year about doing a set with bigger animals figures. It looks like me wish just came true. This calls for a mighty celebration!       I’m getting a Hurdia! Yay!!

It would be nice if they make them bigger and more realistic

If the bigger figures are made, I hope they are affordable. And I would only be getting the figures I do not have. It looks as if my book is getting a lot more taxa.

That must be a HUGE project, and very expensive too

I found that the core game with just tokens is $50 dollars. But every pledge that includes creatures are all over +$100. But if 3 inch figures are made, I hope they will be sold like the Kaiyodo figures, which aren’t too costly for their quality.

Update: I have just preordered 4 Ediacaran creature from the preorder website for this game. I look forward to painting them and putting them on my new shelf I will be getting for my small dinosaurs.

This picture depicts several game pieces from the set of Paleozoic marine creatures. I can see a Waptia, Yunnanozoon, Arandaspis, and a condodont. They all look very nice and I am looking forward to when they ship in April.

I saw the Kickstarter for the game, and would have loved to participate. Too bad that it's so pricey, and I was broke!

From what I’ve seen, you don’t have to pledge in order to get them. I already ordered 4 Ediacaran figures. They ship in April.

Also if I had to pick a creature I wanted most from that game, it would be the Hurdia. Ever since I got curiosity stream and watched the episode of “Leaps in Evolution” where I Hurdia was seen, I have been for lack of a better word “Obsessing” over Hurdia. Yes, I have an obsession of Hurdias.
