any idea of maker of these Made in England figures, please?

Hello, I had these 2 little animals in a job lot which was supposed to be Timpo, but I can't find them recorded anywhere as such. The panda is 3 cm tall, no marks evident, but similar to Britains except it has a tail and one arm raised. The giraffe is 7 cm tall and is marked 'made in England' underneath. Would be good if anyone recognises them!

Sorry, don't know the manufacturer for either model.

One thing they are not Timpo as they never made a giraffe in plastic and their panda was walking on all fours.

Did a quick search on the internet and found an image of the giraffe with the seller stating it was a Britains product - which is isn't.
