| So far my wish list is up to three: Paraceratherium Smok green tree python
the snake is nice; companies rarely add snakes to wildlife lines outside of cobras, anacondas, and the occasional rattler. |

| Oh gosh, I adore that foal!
But I still got my fingers crossed for something horned in the wild life category. _________________ Breyer: 66 Bullyland: 25 CollectA: 183 Papo: 82 Safari: 150 Mojo fun: 23 Playmobil: 117 Other: 288 ~ schleich count: 1222 ~ Total: 2156 My DeviantArt: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]My Twitter: @Tezzieh My Instagram: tessa.b.storm |

14,3 X 3,8 cm, in the "Large" CollectA category. It's very hard to understand the size of snakes from measurements, but just an idea... |

| The python looks very good, but it could be too large for me. The penguin looks a bit strange. |

| I'd almost forgotten that today was another exciting day! Still really hoping for a dog, but this looks like a wonderful selection, stunning horse! Although it seems that the realism of the figures is in general slightly worse than last year. Thanks for the update Kostas! |

| The python is amazing, definitely will try to get it. But I still don't understand why CollectA is repainting these old models (and did this already happened in one of the other categories? Or just with wild life?). The penguin doesn't fit with the other species they released nor with these new chicks. |

| The only thing of this whole lineup that interests me is the Green Tree Python, but it looks wonderful and I don’t mind if that’s the only CollectA I get this year. _________________ Always looking for new species

| The prehistorics are exciting! The python is a great model, the chicks will be nice to have and even repaint perhaps. The arab mare has always been a nice model and looks nice in that color. The penguin is a victim of the world climate, just like the wolf repaints. _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs. | From what I've seen thus far, it looks as though CollectA has changed from an exciting company producing quality rare and unusual species animal figures which appealed to the collectors market, to a cheap plastic toy manufacturer? 2021, and so far 2022, I'm disappointed and uninspired by CollectA, who's figure I used to look forward to each year. |

They still make rare and unusual creatures, but more in their prehistoric range. That is good, i like prehistoric. |

Cheap plastic toys? I'm sure the quality is much better than in the past. I guess you are not excited with the species the last couple of years and we all have issues with the diversity lately, but that's a worldwide issue with every kind of product these days. Still, I believe CollectA stands with dignity in the animal replicas world, offering 35 models in 2021, I think about 30 of them were brand-new. Papo announced 15, with 3 of them being repaints and about 5 of them are not even released yet and they seem to be in a total mess with their strategic... Mojo had just 12 (good) models with all of them being popular common species (one was a different paintjob) and Safari's offerings were even less, much less... Only Schleich had similar offerings in numbers, but Schleich is a different thing, they can handle a crisis after all these years and even so they can't match the realism of CollectA. Strategy-wised as we all understand. Anyway, like you, there is almost nothing that I'm especially interested of the 2022 models so far, but I like what I see (except of the repainted penguin that was an inexpedient choice) and I have great respect in what they are still doing. |

| You wrote everything beautifully, I think so too, I watch everything here, because I like my hobby very much, looking at the quality and realism of the collection is unmatched their models are amazing from year to year they show that they are a leading brand and there is no point in arguing because realism Their figures are very visible greetings and I hope the third batch will be wonderful |

| That python is nice, might not go out of my way for it but would welcome it. Been thinking of the Arab mare, too. The liver is lovely, uncommon in Arabs but you do see them sometimes. I have the original chestnut, but she has the bendy legs. Might have to look for this one. |

I'll have to agree with Tupolew Tu-154 and spacelab on this one. All the companies have been affected by the global crisis, especially last year. I think Safari fared the worst, as in that they released very little figures. Collecta used the crisis in their advantage as in that they decided to give some of their older models a revamp, which I think was a nice move. Papo is a mixed bag and a lot of the new figures are said to be reissues, plus some might also be repaints. But we're yet to see the images. The one that's really going downhill is Schleich, but that's just my personal opnion and tastes differ. |
