| This image is from ebay and not mine, and so not for official use on TAW, but here it is as a reference of the breeds. Shar-Pei, Dachshund, Brittany Spaniel, Alsatian, Poodle, Smooth Collie, Alaskan Malamute, Boxer, St. Bernard, Schnauzer, Dane, and Doberman. I think "Alsatian" is plural for some reason on the packaging, but on the figure it is "Alsatian Dog." Likewise, the "Smooth Collie" is actually a rough collie and is stamped "Collie" and the "Dane" on the package is stamped "Great Dane" on the figure. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]These figures all have the breed and CHINA stamped on the stomach. Some of them have very hard to read numbers, and I think these are hold overs from the original molds rather than pertinent to this set. They are 'knock-offs' of the K&M and Play Visions sets, and are slightly smaller. (Some of these are already on the K&M dog tube thread) I am missing the Shar-Pei, which is in the Pug mold (and likely says Pug on the stamp, based on how the rest of them have the same stamps as the original sets.) Dachshund - 11 [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Brittany Spaniel - 12 [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Alsatian Dog - obscured [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Poodle - 9 or 6 [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Collie - obscured [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Alaskan Malamute (has the same misspelling as the Play Visions figure - Mulamute) - 10 [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Boxer - obscured [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]St. Bernard - obscured [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Schnauzer - obscured [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Great Dane - 3 [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Doberman - obscured [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |

On the package. There is also an item number but it's a little too blurry to make out . . . [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |

| Thanks [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] for this extra effort but the topic is important and it was not easy to split the K&M topic decently. I will work on these. Numbers marked on dogs are mostly important when we need to group them without any reference. Now we have the card so they're not sooo important. So I see Isabella found the sale and you found the brand. If I needed to find the brand in that pic, I'd never get it. I think this one is much better and we even can see the iten number. | I love barcodes, they also have iten numbers as you can check here. What's the importance of an iten number? This dog set, despite interesting, is somewhat similar to other dog sets. Though, their Primates set even has a slender loris. Checking these numbers, I believe we still miss many sets. 8464 Animal Friends 8480 Dog World 8485 Primates of the World |

| Is there any commonality between Toy Concepts figures to look for or is identifying them reliant on finding packaging? |
