Sun Parakeet - my first PV toy

Hey guys! Hope everyone is doing well. Around a year ago I got interested in including a parrot in my South American "mini-collection" (I already had the Kaiyodo Horned Frog & the Safari Ltd. Toob Cougar, both South American animals). By then, I was also researching on the PV models available on eBay, and at least found a very interesting species, the Play Visions sun parakeet. It was likely the cheapest of all (only $8 bucks compared to the other parrots), and I found its species pretty interesting, so I purchased it last summer. I can finally say this is my very first Play Visions plastic figure. Below I've posted a picture.

By far, this is the only PV figure in my collection. I've also recently ordered the K&M Wildebeest of the 1990's, along with some unbranded 1970's plastic animals (I'll let you guys know when the K&M Wildebeest shows up).

Congratulations for your Play Visions. Those sets were released more than 20 years ago but they continue amongst the most interesting ones due to the diversity offered by the company.
This bird has the word sun both in its common and scientific names.
