If these are correct, I can see myself getting the Pacific Parrotlet (from the trio), douc langur, and maybe some dogs/poultry/rabbit pending how they look

Ooooh this is an intriguing list! I wonder if it is true... seems to be a lot of ambitious species for Schleich, but they are similar in spirit ti releases for this year.

All I can really say is.... COYOTE! Hopefully it doesn't have alien eyes like their fennec. I may need to snag a few!

Ohh i hope it is true. If so i'll definitly going to add the merino sheep family to my collection (even tho i hope it is not the autralian breed, the german breed of merino sheep are prettier in my opinion).Also the set with the cats sounds interesting with the "drinking milk".

This is a very nice list and in all three categories are figures I'm highly interested in!

If it is true, it is the first Schleich surprise for me after any years. A douc langur and the pacific parrotlet sound very good and maybe more. We will see what specie of armadillo, marmot and cassowary

Well, I was excited when I too found the list for 2024! A bactrian camel! Wow, never saw that coming! I'll probably end up getting all the wildlife figures, since I've never had african buffalo in my collection before. Also interested in some of the sets, but as for fantasy, we'll have to see what they come out with. Also, I've already made a list of the stuff I might be getting, but I'm not too sure about the dinosaurs yet. I'll have to see if they have movable jaws, before I decide. Anyway, if anyone has any new's about fantasy for 2024, let me know.

Very interesting list. If that's really true I can already see me getting a good portion of wild life and farm world.
The African buffalo pair just as the Armadillo are on top of my list already. But I am excited to see all of them.
It's very interesting that they have gone for a merino sheep family and an angora rabbit just like Papo... but hey, more variety for us collectors. Let's see who's merino family will be better.
Another nice surprise is the parrot set. I assume that the chicken set sells well and that is a nice way of giving us unusual bird species.
What currently is not included onto my list are the Asian elephant herd and the drinking cats.
For both I am interested to see the concept. If the Asian elephant herd contains three identical calves than it will be definitely a flop for me. But if they make three calves of different ages (for example a newborn calve, a two year old and a yearling) than I would probably rethink my decision.
The drinking cats concern me a little. Will they make a similar set like they did years ago with kittens that are attached to a carpet? Attached figures? I won't get a set where the individual models would be attached to each other. But if they simply make two or three separate figures and include a milk bowl (and if they don't have zombie eyes) than it will be fine.
Anyway we will have to wait at least until August till we get any pictures and the entire release list. Let's see what they will offer us in the horse and fantasy section.

The dinosaurs sounds also wonderful.

Ok, I had to come back and assess it again... (obviously my comments only apply if these really are their planned releases).

For the dinos: the nanotyrranus, baby mamenchisaurus, archaeopteryx, dromaeosaur, and maiasaurus nest are all quite unique for them. Please correct me if I am wrong, but I dont think they've EVER done a baby dino... the shonisaurus could be great if they do it right. Their marine reptiles have been anything but accurate lately though...

wildlife: again, lots of species never done before. Lots of models done in the "golden era" of Schleich (not golden models like their lion or donkey ). I am curious to see how they compare to their predecessors. I wonder if the parrotlet and budgie will be completely new sculpts or recycled/altered models. Why have 3 calves with one Asian elephant? I hope they aren't colored like the gorilla babies this year were blue skinned...

Farm: lots of great stuff here too. Everything listed fits their stylization well and we have seen that it works (their chicken sets previously, their dogs...). I am curious if the kittens will be a sculpted figure together like the old ones or separate models with accessories like many of their new sets (an easy way to overcharge ).

overall, I think a good year all considering. Now we just have to see how it gets pulled off.

I'm really only interested in the wildlife, a cassowary, giant salamander Douc langur, coyote, Pacific Parrotlet, and lovebird are all brand new species for Schleich I believe. I'm most excited for the coyote and cassowary probably. And I'm very excited to see them add an armadillo, marmot, and Andean condor back to their line.

Depending on what they look like I may have a lot this year to get from Schleich!

Hey guys, I was just wondering, when can we expect a complete list of the 2024 first half releases from schleich? Right now, all I need are item numbers and names, so if it will be availaable this august, then please keep me informed. Anyway, I've already taken notes about the wildlife, farm, and dinos, so all I need now is info concerning horses, bayala, and eldrador. Anyway, I'll be watching this topic, so keep me informed.

I would expect that we won't have a complete confirmation this year until November (barring photos being leaked early like they almost are on other websites [our forum tries to abide by their request not to spread those when possible]). So I would expect 100% confirmation by the end of the year.

Found a little leak for one of the horses of 2024:
- 13984 Arabian Foal
The foal is light chesnut color with a little white marking on it forhead en nose and white shading socks.

I think it is a cute foal. Sadly can not share a picture it is on a place which do not allow screenshots.

Oh that sounds exciting! So we will probably get an entirely new Arabian family (or at least a new stallion and foal). I wonder if they redo the mare as her mould is fairly new compared to the ones from the stallion and the foal.

Giant salamander (depending on species), douc langur, armadillo (depending on species) and pacific parrotlet are interesting to me, although I really dislike the modern Schleich style. If they aren't too egregious, I will consider them.

Douc Langur and Pacific Parrotlet sound very nice and a Lovebird I´ve only from Kaiyodo. A coyote and an Angora Rabbit could be nice for me, too. And depending on the species of Giant Salamander, Marmot and Armadillo, there could be more newcomer. And the Rhine Goose and Black-boned Chicken could be new breeds for me.

So I really hope this list will be proved real.
