| I own the Playvisions tayra and I certainly do not want to sell it, but I was wondering how rare it is and how much money it is worth to serious animal figurine collectors. | Hi Lance! Welcome to our family here! As Christophe mentioned already, they are maybe a kind of rare in Europe, but in the USA they should be quit available... |

| They are one of the last 2 sets to be retired, they are available from several different sources but as they sell they will eventually be worth more. |

How many and which PV models do you own? I have four of their dolphins i don't guess you would want one or two of those in exchange for the caracal. i have the bottlenose, atlantic humpback, spotted, and Amazon River dolphins. |

I have four of their dolphins i don't guess you would want one or two of those in exchange for the caracal. i have the bottlenose, atlantic humpback, spotted, and Amazon River dolphins. There was a time when I had all of the primates, antelope, dolphins, weasels, big cats, and whales plus some sharks and various single animals. I have since traded them all away except for a few antelope and one or two of the cats, including the caracal you are interested in. I have never collected brands but species of animals so sometimes I would buy a whole set to get one or two figures. I have since started using only custom made figures so I have traded/sold/given away almost all of my other figures including the PV models. I still collect the Japanese figures but only species that I want to have, not whole sets so I have several that are for sale or trade, I am going to list them in the for sale forum this weekend. |

Hello, you find also at veghead.com the sharks, parrots, turtles, bats and whales and at tgf-toys.com horses (under habitat earth). i have a sitatunga, a bat-eared fox, banded duiker, spottet and striped hyena, hooded seal and the reptiles and more (look my zoo news june 2011). Our member Jhudstone have any more PV animals in the trading list. |

| I own that one, it came in the wild cats tube along with a serval, but they are not very accurate or realistic like the Playvisions. The tube had no caracal at all, that is why i am looking for one. |
