| Excellent photos Alain of one of my favourite creatures, the estemmenosuchus.
I thought there were no big cats then but this article explains more.
It looks like a very Martian landscape there.

| Nice Permian garrigue Alain. Even if Estemmenosuchus lived in Russia and Dinogorgon lived in South Africa 10 millions years later. It doesn't matter your Permian is very nice and I hope you will invite us again By the way, please, this model is missing on TAW... Could you help ? |

| I think this is my favorite era. I love all these animals and they look more tempting in your perfect sceneries. Even if I am not collecting prehistoric figures actively, I have a few Permian creatures in my collection. |

| Many thanks to you four Andreas, Annette, Christophe and Rogério! Christophe, I know that Dinogorgon lived a long time after and very far from modern Russia so I used this beautiful Schleich model to play the role of an old far cousin "Eotitanosuchus" who was able to predate young Estemnenosuchus. That's why I put it far behind on the picture so that we can not see details vey well! :) |
