Tiny strokes of genious: CollectA hedgehogs

A while ago Roger sent me the little hedgehog from CollectA.
It is adorable, one of the best in my opinion, - if not the best.
It shows this little round fellow with the pointed nose and beady eyes. Just as I imagine it at a quick glance.
It is quite simplyfied . Only the hindpaws are there to support it, - a little, tiny piece of almost-modern sculpture!

This year, when they made a new one, I looked in the catalogue and thougt it looked very strange. But her it is, - and it is one more fantastic little sculpture

It is so much finer than the the catalogue shows They have added a lot of detail, - without disturbing the simple shape !

Uf, I can´t say wich one is my favourite, both of them are so sweet! Congrats Susanne, you have a beautiful pair!

I don't know which is the best! In some details I think the older is better but the new one is more detailed and makes an interesting figure!
Now you need to see of which of the 17 species of hedgehogs they belong!

Oh, I thought it was harder to find the right species!

Of course they are Danish dynamite Hedgehogs, so the European hedgehog...
