A miracle after 2 years.

For more than 2 years i bought a set of birds on Etsy from South Africa. After months of nothing i got my money back. For a few weeks the seller from the birds sent me a message that he got my parcel back, after more than 2 years. He ask me if i am interested again. Not he sent with Fedex. After any days and any email to Fedex (because for the german custom) i got the bird figures.

These stories are quite unusual. Especially for such large intervals. I am happy for you. My first negative experience was a large package to Serbia, maybe 10 years ago. I know it is not a purchase but I wonder how I would feel if they returned after all these years. Actually no specially rare figures in that lot but it required a finantial effort from the recipient.

I had any bad experiences, of both sides. It is often a other problem. DHL or the german custom lost any rareties for me (K&M Kit fox, PV red buffalo and more) but i was also some times the seller and the DHL or the other next parcel services lost my things. But this little story was happy for my own

Thank you, i ask me the same. I could be imagine the german Customizing it was.

Congratulations! All of us who have been collecting for a long time have had some "story to keep awake" of this type. Not to mention customs... ... ...

Amazing story! Fantastic that you finally got your figures.

I can now keep hoping that the parcels that were sent to me a few years ago but never arrived will one day turn up!
