AAA Orphans Empty
PostSubject: AAA Orphans   AAA Orphans EmptySat Jul 09, 2011 5:13 pm

Hi everyone! My name is Chris, I live in Las Vegas, Nevada. I was a AAA (Triple A, as I said it) collector as a kid. I recently decided it would be fun to finish the collection I never could afford to finish as a kid in the early 90's. I have a bunch of parent and baby/big and small pairs, but there are a bunch that I only have the baby/small of. I've been hunting on eBay, and have realized there are a LOT of varieties of the same animals. Before I go buying away, I was hoping someone here might be able to share a picture/link of some of the adult/big versions (or any other family members) of the ones I need. That way I don't end up buying anything I don't need. Thanks for the help everyone! Here's my orphans...

Leopard and Great White Shark (I actually recently purchased these two on eBay, thinking they were from the same time frame, being the Leopard looks similar to my Cheetah, and the Great White Shark looks similar to my Tiger Shark - Was I right?).

You're welcome :)

As Susanne said, it's nice to see someone who mainly collects AAA. I too use to spend all my money on them as a child but very foolishly sold nearly all of them !

Thanks Susanne! I never would have thought that little guy was a moose! Of all them, only two or three actually said their names on the bottom. I actually found an auction already with the panther parent, so I'm on my way to my goal thanks to you! I'll be sure to post some more pics soon!

Nice to meet you Chris Very Happy

Its always great to see somebody elses collection, and it´s realy cool that you focuse on AAA, as "the big 5" (or 6) is the most common to collect.

Hope you find the ones you are looking for, and it would be realy great to see pics of your whole collection sometime Very Happy

Hello Chris, welcome to our animal-crazy family here! cheers

The adults for the hippo and Cheetah that anna(Arrakai) showed were correct indeed.
I refer you to the site of our administrator, where some of the families to be seen complete:

AAA was the producer for some series of Schleicj and Bullyland to, some of the models are the same as shown before:
