Hurray for Harriet with the 1000 great abilities cheers

One is her amazing way of "hoogling" the most great sites for aminal models !
As you have already seen, she found a site where the dark chamois was for sale, and lots of other great, retired figueres. And even at a very reasonable price !

So when I saw there was not only a dark Chamois, but also a bay one, I HAD to get them both. I can`t resist variations geek

So, look, see there are really THREE cheers

Fortunately I took the pictures yesterday. Today it is raining so hard that in TV they are warning people to not leave anything valuable in their basements because of the danger of flood Shocked

Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou, Harriet for finding these for me flower flower flower

Great to see these 3 variations Susanne!
I love variations to, although the darkest one only resambles the real colour in the wild, the other 2 have a kind of normal goat-colours, but i would have bought them to, haha. Rolling Eyes Laughing

Laughing We are both crazy in that way, aren`t we cheers cheers cheers

They can have the light brown colour, I think it has something to do with their winter coat scratch
They are beautyful creatures, Chamois, I don`t understand how people can hunt and shoot them , - and even be proud of it and put some of the dead animal`s hair in their hat Evil or Very Mad

Yes, i think so Susanne... Laughing

Any animal alive is better then one killed by people for so called "sport" or "fun" reasons, i totally agree, and i think most of us here! Evil or Very Mad
I must admitt that i have some stuffed animals here in my livingroom, 5 birds, 3 mammals and 3 fish, but i really can't say if they were killed because of these stupid reasons.
Besides from a peacock pheasant, i can say for sure, that they are all not endangered species from the woods of Europe. Laughing
Thats my only excuse...
When i was searching for animal models around here, i often found these stuffed animals, mostly road-kills, and i just could't resist if the price was right, because rare species and very classy stuffed species are very very expensive.
They even ask 1000 euro's for a zebra-hide, which is a thing i want for many years already... Shocked

Congratulations for your new variations Susanne! Yes, chamois are beautiful but we must respect all animals even those that are not very beautiful! :)
I don't know what kind of stories you are hearing from your grandparents but the only I can remember with 3 variations is the three little pigs! pig pig pig They are almost identical I think the only difference is their houses but it is better ask the wolf! affraid
