So here's my collection of horses.
I don't collect all the equine figurines of a brand- just those I like.
In this thread I'll share the photos of the collection in common, more detailed photos will be in proper topics of the particular brands:) I'd like to mention the fact that these photos are old enough, and now I have some more new horses, so soon I'll place some more pics here.

you can use google translator - but it's really easy to work that site, I don't know any German at all. I'll see if I can get you a step by step on how to use it.

It's old Collecta, the Lipizanner stallion. However, he's being customized now, so his colour isn't the OF one.

Yes, he's awesome! I'd like to have this mould in my collection.

Oh, well, it's a Blood Elf Paladin from World of Warcraft (my second addiction, apart from horses)

They are fabulous. The only thing I don't like about them is the material- the 2011 ones are too ...rubber, I would say. Several horses came with little scratches, but I can do nothing about it- acryl seems to be useless here.
Anyway, the moulds themselves are fantastic. I suppose they are the best equines in this scale. Hope Collecta will keep on her partnership with Deborah McDermott.

Well, there is no new Collecta in Russia now. But you may try to buy them via Utterlyhorses (they ship to our country), Modelhorsesalespages (MH$P) or maybe Ebay;)

Some of my horses belong to no particular brand, so I decided to add their photos here.

This pony (together with the dwarf) I bought about three years ago in some Finnish shop on Christmas. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the artist.

A charger, white metal. Scale 1:24 (OOAK in this scale). One of the most beloved figurines in all my collection.
I name him Invincible.

A handmade figurine. This is a kelpie, a Scottish horse-like water spirit, usually unfriendly to people (I'm fond of brook horses). The artist of this one and the following horses is Elizaveta Shiryaeva (Russia).

A demon's horse, influenced by a dreadsteed, warlock's class mount from MMORPG 'World of Warcraft' (yes, I'm a WoW fan )

An Arabian Stallion, Godfrid, and a deathcharger of Acherus, a class mount of the death knights from MMORPG 'World of Warcraft'. All harness, except the head armour, can be taken off the horse.

The first rocking horse (the brown one) is from Germany.

Bill the Pony. He's named after a character from J.R.R.Tolkien's "The Lord of the Rings" (one of my favourite books). This figurine's very old- more than 15 years.

Plush equines. The bay one is handmade (by an artist from Ukraine).

A sleeping plush horse. He's name is Nykir. Handmade (of the same artist as the bay one from the previous picture).

Two more horses to show you. And two more stories to tell.
The Barbie horse, from the 'Western Star' Kit, Mattel. She's one of the oldest horses in my collection now, and there's a funny (and a bit sad) story of how she appeared in my collection.
Barbie dolls appeared in our country early 90s, I was only six or seven years old that time. They used to be extremely expensive, so that very few people could afford to buy them for their children. I had no interest in all this stuff unless it was a Barbie horse.
I remember the first time I saw them. My mother took me to some local toy store. And there I noticed HER. She was fabulous: white coat- like snow, with long wavy mane and tail. And it seemed that she just came from a fairy tale. However, her price was also...fabulous I do not remember exactly, but I think there was also a carriage with her. And so I was standing in front of the window with this horse, staring at her, when suddenly I realized that I would never have an opportunity to get her. My mother was a school teacher, and that horse cost a half of her month salary that time. I understood this... and began to cry. I asked nothing, and expected nothing from my mother, but had a strong feeling that this all was unfair. Mom told me later that this was the only time I cried because of a toy. She was so impressed that began crying with me.. And tried to buy a pair of socks to calm me down))
Anyway, some time later I almost forgot about this story, thinking that she would stay my dream forever. And then a miracle happened. My father went to the USA on working occasions, and when he came home three weeks later- he had a present for me...
Nearly twenty years have passed, but she's still one of my favourite equines, and has her invariable place on the shelf, and sometimes I take her in my hands and remember how she came to me. Funny enough, but both my parents and I cannot think of this story without some strange and bitter-sweet feeling inside.

P.S. And those gorgeous white horse from the toy shop- I have never seen her since that time. I think someone managed to buy it for his/her child right after our visit to that shop.

The second horse is a custom from a Kid Kore toy, made by a Russian girl KaTya. There are some small problems with him (esp with the way his mane/tail are attached to his body), but he's very sweet, anyway. Hope to solve his 'hair' problems soon.
His name is Barometer, because he looks very much like the Arabian stallion I used to ride about ten years ago.
