This is the Nayab one : Those are two different species, Susanne.  While the Nayab is an African buffalo (Syncerus caffer) , Martin's figure is the Asian species, the wild water buffalo (Bubalus arnee), if not other Bubalus species. Actually, they are often mixed by companies and collectors. I didn't remember at all about this figure from Martin, it may indeed be one of these figures manufactured by Nayab but sold under Wild Republic brand.  |
