Schleich horses 1985-2011

Hey everybody!

I'm new here, but I have follow this forum a long time. This is really great place! People seems very kind and helpfull and they add so wonderfull pics for their animals! :)

I have collected Schleich animals over 10 years. Of course at first they were only toys. Now I collect only Schleich horses and cats but I have some other animals too. I have almost every Schleich horses, only few are missing which belong some sets. So I have almost perfect horse collection!

I decided to add here some pics (well, pretty much.. ). I have took pics for my horses. I put them groups when they have come out (not when them have made!) and I used Schleich guidebook with my help. Hopefully this can help some people who hasn't Schleich guidebook. And I think these are really nice to look when I can see every horses yearly, it's very simple. :)

Oh my you have a beautiful herd. Especially impressive are the 13103, 13210 variants and the spectacularly pristine special pinto. Hope you had a nice 18th birthday, by the way.

Do you have a real-life, real-time beagle? I had two growing up in New York state - wonderful dogs with high intelligence and super-expressive faces.

As Phil mentioned, your rare pinto seems to be in an excelent condition! Awesome!

I also take pics by years :) But I classified them by year of production, so this year horses are the "2010 horses" xD Here you can see my collection. Some horses are not shown because it´s a long time since I updated the album...

I think, this is the lighter version of the Holstein horse, which was used in the settlers set with the horse-wagon...

Congratulations on a fabulous collection! It's wonderful that you have created a "complete" collection. A Breyer-collecting friend and i were bemoaning just the other day that it is now impossible for a collector to have a complete Breyer collection. I'm happy it can be done with other brands!
oh, i remember my Breyer horses' changing from "only toys" (even if the best toys i had so i played with them very carefully) to "collection." it is lucky you valued them early so they are in such good condition!

what a brilliant way to show them! i've never seen before the range and progression of Schleichs. Thank you so much for such a fun and informative display!

oh my gosh thats aan amazing collection i have 5 of the old ones one from 1988,1998 and the holstein mare lots of retired foals you inspired me

I have to say I'm pretty proud of my collection, it was so hard to get (and pay..) all of them. Hopefully I will get those few missing animals too.

I will add some pics for my cats too in next week.. Then I get some new cats.

Which jear came the set in the collection. Do you know the numbers of the sets? Is it a set like the one with the clydesdale horse this jear?

The mold was done in 2001, but the wagon set was itroduced in 2007 I think. It was not a special edition if you´re asking that, it was produced until 2010. The wagon set number is 42024. And please write "year", not "jear"
