Today I received a huge package full of vintage figurines. Some of them are unknown to me. Maybe anybody can help me? :) There are a lot of them without any inscription: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]These two marked with "made in hong kong" [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]This one says "warthog 84" [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]and finally these ones "made in china": [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Do you recognise any of them??

The little tiger in the lying position, looks like it's from the Corgi "Daktari" set.

I got this one (red eyed figure) too, it is smaller copy of Britains African elephant but with non-removable tusks, probably no-named "Made in Hong Kong" product. |

The warthog is from the Yowies series of animals. In photo 2 the large rhino, lion, zebra, elephant are copies of Britains, the lying tiger is from Daktari set and was lying on a Landrover. The small lion and tiger were part of a set of animals in photo 4 and these were sold in the UK by ELC stores, except for the caterpillar. Photo 3 are copies of Britains made in Hong Kong.

Well, notning much new to tell here then, haha. Picture one are probably made in Germany in the 1950's or 1960's, maybe Manurba, Domplast, Heinerle, or even Linde if marked on the side with that name, there are amny of these type of animals. They could be American from the same period to... Picture two has a Britains copy of the African elephant, but much smaller, they were made in China to, but the one with the red eyes is quit sure made in Hong Kong. The big male lion is a Hong Kong copy of the vintage Britains model indeed, the zebra looks like the vintage Britains model, only very strange painted with tigercolours, not like a quagga as said before. The little male lion and tiger are made in China how it looks, the little lying tiger is from the Daktari-set indeed, made by Corgi Toys, i have it to. The Indian rhino is made in Hong Kong, but no Britains copy as said before. The green hippo and the sealion are completely unknown to me. Pic three both Hong Kong indeed, but the kangaroo is a copy of the grey vintage Britains model, the giraffe is no Britains copy! Warthog seems to be a Yowie then, i didn't knew that. Pic 4 are all China made models, i saw that orang utan somewhere before, maybe Playvisions or so, but this is a copy anyway. So no real Britains at all for you in these pictures...
