| Subject: What poodle is this ? Fri Oct 15, 2010 12:23 pm | |
| Hi, - it is me asking stupid questions again There is no mark on it. Maybe it is a famous "Made in china" Does anybody know anything about the poodle in the middle? [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]It looks like an overgrown Schleich mini. I put the mini to the right for reference. But as far as I know the black classic poodle is the one to the left |

| There is no problem with the picture to me. I can still see it, too. Could that poodle be the same mysterious brand as these animals? The coloring is quite same. These are size of Minis but I think they are not Schleich. Am I right? There is just "China" on them. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |

| I can see the pictures now, so no problem anymore... :) When they are all not marked with Schleich, they must be China copies then. although they really look like some Schleich Classics... You don't need a new server for your pictures, imgbox is fine, just make yourself a member there, and your pictures will stay, its free of charges... You have to make collections for yourself there, from whichout you can put your pictures here. And then the pics stay there, and you can use them whenever you want. I had the same problem before... |

| No, I am not like the young people who twitter and facebook and can find anything on Googly in no-time But I was looking at some of the first strings here about Schleich, - I can recommend that to many other newcommers :-) |

| I think the site of the family Strassberger is the best site, next to Torbens to see and find your references on Schleich. They do have many variations on the models. I don't use Twitter and Facebook either, as i have enough work to keeping on around here, haha. And my own website at Collectors Quest of course... |

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Your figueres look like schleich. I have the sea lion to the right, too. It has the bent, shorter tail like your dolphin, - I like the poodel, he is cute |

Here is the definitely-schleich-one to the right. The -one to the left. And the wee westie for reference for those who don`t collect classics [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |

| So it MUST be a sort of copy then, as the left model doesn't resamble the female or cub from the Schleich Classics series either... But i think, it is still a good find, every model is one on its own. |

| Hello Susanne, please look to the both black animals, if they have markings. I think both are Schleich ! Best regards thomas01 - SUSANNE wrote:

Thanks, Thomas One has the markings, the -one doesn`t, - but many of the Classics do not have markings at all... [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]They certainly look very "Schleichey" to me. Same material, too [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]I do not have the baby-one, but think it has that Michelin-man neck like the left one, too ? |
