| Beautiful snow leopard Ana! I'm agreed on changing of scale. I'm working on the 1:23 siamang and it's difficult to make little details. That's because I'm working on a biggest scale in another project. _________________ Joan [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Likaon Wildlife Models Shop my handmade models: http://bestiari.weebly.com/ my models in facebook: https://www.facebook.com/bestiari.animal.replicas[/center] |

| One more fantastic work, Ana! This kind of figures are only excelent made by a competent artist. This kind of painting doesn't work mass produced. What CollectA is giving us is only a interesting figure of a snow leopard but very far from what we can see here! Thanks for showing and for making it for us, it's always a huge pleasure to see your works! Willy imput it's also something that turns your figure even more valuable. |

| Brilliant sculpting! But: to me, the face looks little more like a Manul (Felis manul), the nose has to be a little bigger in my opinion, pinted with some dark parts left and right. And i may be wrong, but the eyes seem to look in different directions? |

| I esp like the realistic shorter legs and long, thick tail--known for the snow leopard. |

And i may be wrong, but the eyes seem to look in different directions? It's interesting. I like Manul cats, but I think they have much flatter faces Well, it' still possible to make the nose longer, but I'm not sure if it that would be better for this cat. Maybe I will add 1mm, not more. I will consider it. Thanks Philipp :) About the eyes, I will work on better color for them. In nature Snow leopards seems to have slightly brighter eyes. I will show the effect here after changing this Thanks for suggestions :) |

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]the manul is really one of my favourite animals, as it seems to be grumpy all day. A fuzzy, grumpy muff. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Concerning the nose: i think you misunderstood as i didn't think of the length but the width and the blackish nares. With the slightly slit eyes, it really characterizes the species. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |

| I thank PeGe for his snow leopard head shot photo, since it's a nice representation of the species, which I think can really be of help to fine tuning Ana's beautiful creation : ) |

| WoW! I just don't look at the Custom animal threads very often. I really need to as this is absolutley beautiful work Ana. The thing about seeing someone do a lovely sculpture of an unusual animal is I check out online for more photos and information about the real animal. They sure do have a long tail. Beautiful work Ana. Your family must be very proud of you and your talent. ~ Sue |

| So at the end i come in, as i already knew about this figurine long ago as Ana mentioned. We discussed some parts of this model already, and in that were some parts of the face to indeed. One of the things i mentioned were the eyes, as the snowleopard has a kind of look, that is really piercing, and the cat looked to sweet before, probably the female touch, as we said to eachother before. Anyway, it is the best snowleopard in business right now, and all of your comments will be thought over by Ana, i am sure! _________________ http://www.collectorsquest.com/collector/1313/willybacoman
