Here are our "modern" Wolves - only 19 years old - escorting a 1/12th scale latex horse in the snow.

And here are their old composition ancestors. Pfeiffer's first small Tipple-Topple Wolf is on the left. Later, this Wolf became their "Arctic Sled Dog", and a bigger one was made. Later still, came the strange-looking beast on the right.

Hausser's Elastolin Wolves were mostly variants on one basic position. (The Schelich Wolfcub sneaked in while we were not looking).

I'm very glad seeing your wolves but I must say again that these kind of topics are much more interesting when people says what is showing even if it looks obvious. Remember that it would be very informative for new collector members joining the forum. I think I'm not asking too much and it is frustrating when we cannot identify a figure! For example, if Sue and Lesley were not kind enough to tell us what they are showing I surely would never know them!

Of course it takes some time, but it makes a lot of difference.
From being nice pictures to being invaluable informational material
Some of the wolves here I have never seen before, so it is not only completely new collectors who would benefit

Here is Wolfie, my son`s Mexican wolf
I think Wolfie is about 20 or 25 years old, isn`t he cute ?

According to Wikipedia, the mexican wolf becme extinct in the wild in 1980.
When I got Wolfie for Kristian, there was a note attached to him saying that they were endagered in the wild

Yes, they are) I displayed them together with the wolves/foxes, as long as they have no other company now (and they are kind of relatives, AFAIK)

Safari, Mojo and Papo have wonderful wolves but there's no other like the Chap Mei!
