Jeol Ellipsen Waterbuck

Big congratulations for you Ana and Andreas!
This is a magnificent vintage figurine to have, specially because this brand is very hard to find!
I think, both are re-painted, but that doesn't anything on the figurine, as they are painted accuratly!
I hope i manage to find some of those old Jeol figurines some day...

Super waterbuck, I did not know that this is one of the favorite animals! I did not know that you have Thomson's Gazelle Bandai . I'm still looking for zebras. I have a zebra Bandai?
But I think this raises a new waterbuck, what she did with Collecta's, I think I've seen pictures. New waterbuck from collecta is now the best.

Indeed, they are not repainted Willy, each time I saw one it was painted like that

the waterbuck figures are really wonderful. Congratulations Ana! Congratulations Andreas!

I'm really looking forward to the collecta waterbuck; it is the only way I'll get that animal into my collection and the best I'll be able to do right now. You should both feel wonderfully lucky about your acquisition!

Congratulations, great figure for really good price! In the last month I saw four such Jeol waterbuck figures offered - the cheapest was sold for 0.99 GBP (!), the most expensive for 42 GBP!

Big bib big congratulations!! That is a very rare catch!!

Great bargain,have tried many times to get this model on E bay but it always gets to be too expensive!!

Some days ago I received Jeol waterbuck from the second edition. The signature on the belly says "JEOL" only while the first edition has "(C) JEOL HONG KONG". The painting is slightly better than in previous edition. The first edition has also generally darker background color.
