Is this dog a GDR animal figurine?

I found this dog on a flea market. He looks like VEB Plaho or Marolin, but i have never seen this dog before so i dont know. Can anybody help?

I think its from that rare brand called "blurry"

I looked it up in Torsten Berg`s catalogue.

Yes, it was made from VEB Plaho, but only very few.
Later Marolin made more of them, so they aren`t so rare.

Perhaps one of the experts can tell us the difference

And i think in the past that i know all GDR animals, now i know this is wrong. But it is funny that i see a GDR dog that i dont know is first in Denmark and later here.

But it came from Germany
