| Great figures. It's interesting. I think that it's the Wilton company that makes cake things. The location is right, and they are an old company. They may have originally been for decorating the top of cakes. It's possible they tried a line as toy/craft items at some point too. Here are some they have now, but they are more toy-like. _________________ Tim :) ToyAnimal.info - The Toy Animal Collecting Wiki Animoblog Animobil.info Playmobil Animals

| Beautiful historical models Yvette, it's always a great pleasure to discover unknown brands from the past. You are a very good hunter |

| Those are incredible figures, they are very life like but I hate to tell you this they are not geese, they are runner ducks. It is a domestic duck that was bred for meat and eggs and instead of flying away they have a very straight posture and run away from danger. They were developed from mallard ducks (all domestic ducks except for the muscovy duck are from mallard stock) and are very popular as a pet and farm breed of duck. |

| Thanks all ! The STS forum is really a "Wikipedia of a special kind"! Harriet/Taos/Philter: You are right! These are really "Indian runner ducks", on German "Indische Laufenten" Not geese! Susanne: In a few days, you can see them better. ___________ Yvette |
