Here goes a translation of what the funny man is asking! In parenthesis some personal apointments!
I was not able of translating what the goat is saying, I'm sorry! Sad ... but I'm not sure he loves politicians and also don't look confortable with the Strangers! Wink Laughing

Eh you!!!
Let's ask this citizen what is happening in Telbe?
What's up in Telbe? (municipality of Canarias Islands)
Look, look, Sir!
don't turn your back.
What's up in your farmyard?
(that's funny because in Spain a farmyard could be also a place where a politician as many votes)
Zapatero? (prime-Minister of Spain at that moment)
What's your opinion about Zapatero?
What's your sents about Canarian government?
... of the Island counsil?
We will ask him if he receives any subvention from the Government.
Do you receive any subvention from the Government?
(A legend has written: - it is the goat thinking)
"Subvention of the government? What's that?"
Let's see now what's up with the Mayor.
What's up with the Mayor?
What's up...
What's up...
What's up with the President of the Government?
What's up with the President?
... and what is happening with the Mayor of the Island?
What's happening with the Councillors?
What's up?
Let's see!
Look!
Come here!
Please!
Don't turn your back.
What's happening with Mayor of Telbe?
What's up with the Mayor of the island?
It seems he is saying Juan but it is not Joan!?!?
(Is the goat saying Joan? Our Spanish friend?) scratch affraid

I hope the translation is helpful because it is really funny! Laughing Time to watch it again! bounce
Thanks Kristie, I enjoied it a lot! The guy is almost as funny as the animal! Laughing Laughing

Ha! Thank you for the translation, Roger! There was another version of the video on YouTube that had some captions, but your translation is far better! Very Happy

Thanks, now I'm a good translator from supersonic Spanish to STS English! geek Very Happy
Nice to know that you've read it!
I see you've found it searching for Ibex because of the one Susanne sent to you, wasn't it?
That's curious, I don't know why they are calling it an Ibex, I think it is only a goat from a breed called Majorera. Maybe a Spanish member knows about it? I'm only curious although it is not very important.
But, judging his behaviour I would think that it was a camel! Laughing

Actually, my husband found it. It was he that was interested in my ibex! But yes, I noticed that it didn't really look like an ibex, but a very irritated goat. Very Happy

Laughing Laughing drunken
Susanne, at least I was able of finding why they call it an Ibex!
IBEX in Spain is the name of Spanish Exchange Index, See here - we will ear a lot about it with the recent Spanish recession. So everything makes sense in this very funny and clever video!
