I thought my first AAA was the red panda I got recently, but these were dug out of our loft today from my chilhood.

Ah, that's nice! To find something from our childhood. Probably the red panda is now your last AAA! geek Wink

BEAUTYFUL models cheers

As you may know, both Schleich and Bullyland sold the dolphin and the killer whale ?
They are completely the same, AAA-logo and all, but if a seller calls them "Schleich Classics", people pay more money for them Shocked Very Happy

The ones cross-licensed by Schleich have a particular design on the bottom, as they give the name of the animal, "Made in China" and the three "A"s in a triangle inside a circle. Those that do not have the triangle-circle design are not Schleich-licensed but only AAA Made In China; these also have a single letter stamped on the bottom by itself.

That's interesting, I never knew any of this. Mine are both cross-licensed be Schleich then :)

One more thing, Scott - AAA Made in China sealife figurines cross-licensed as Schleich, must be of the following lengths:

6-8 cms.
20-26 cms.
32-38 cms.

from Torben's reference website:
