IMHO it looks like the CollectA horses of 2013 at last don`t look the same all of them !

Personaly I prefer lighter/skinnier horses of this breed, but I have to admit these are very nice. I'm not 100% sure if I'll but one, but I like them anyway :)

Although I think the body could be even leaner and maybe front legs a little shorter. I can see that this is a replica of a horse with general good conformation and not a ridiculous horse for Barbies. CollectA is a brand of animal replicas and that is great. Also I learned something new, I didn't know these colors were present in this breed.

After I saw al these new, so beautiful made Collecta horses, i'm pretty confident to start collecting Collecta instead of schleich. I think these are worth my money! The posing and sculpting is so beautiful and realistic!

This may be a dumb question but... are they always so shiny in real life? I like them a lot, but do they really naturally shine or is that just something they do to the horse for shows etc, because all the pics on the internet are shiny looking... Thanks!

Paige, I believe you want a reply from someone that knows them in real life. I am not this person but reading a little on Internet it is clear that the metallic lloking is commonly seen in that breed being one of the most noticiable characteristics. It was known also as the golden horse from Turkmenistan.
I also read that it occurr naturally and is more common in creme colorations being not so evident in other colors. They are very wonderful on Internet pictures, I hope these are nice as well. I am sure some horse expert of our forum will help you better.!

Thanks Roger, they are nice models, just wanted to know if that was an actual characteristic or just some trick of the camera or groomer. They are really neat horses, I like these ones very much.
