CollectA gorilla walkaround (answer for Kiki request) ;)

Hi! Few days ago I received package with CollectA animals. Among them was nice figure of gorilla male. I think it's interesting mainly because he doesn't look like silverback (at least to me ) but rather like younger male. I think it's nice figure and here You can see bunch of photos of it :)

Yes Susanne, I think You are right, there IS something in this what resemble Neanderthal Then perhaps Martien needs this one to his prehistoric collection

Very interesting model Anna, and very nice pictures I like this young male, probably a Western lowland gorilla, it is quite peaceful and graceful. I must add one to my collection It would perfectly fit with the Wild SAFARI Ltd family !

By the way, Neandertals had big noses... unlike this gorilla

Kiki, thank You for info about Neanderthals, indeed they had bigger noses than this gorilla Maybe there is something in his eyes what gives quite special expression to his face which is hard to name

Although you can make some Magic with your pictures I think CollectA needs a new gorilla!
I'm not saying that it is not an interesting figure. Honestly I like all animal plastic toys but I can't afford them all. So I have to find some reasons to not buy them all!

Roger, haha thanks! But if they need new gorilla? I don't know. To my eyes CollectA would need new crocodile first and maybe new African Elephant, and most of all hippo. New gorilla can come later maybe :)

I have this model to Christoph, and in my eyes, it looks like an sub-adult or juvenile lowland gorilla to, a so called blackback.
