Hi Larry, i think you mean the big "Lineol" rhino. It´s a composition model from Germany and was produced from 1940 - 1960. Here´s a better picture: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Torben |

Yes, here they are, all 6 of them ! Gosh, I only have 2, would LOVE some more [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]They are shown in Gasher`s book. That book is a must , in my opinion. Not a "bible", but a very, very useful book |

In the last 10 years i´ve never seen the polarbear and the rhino, the grizzly and the Przewalski horse i´ve never seen again.

| Thanks for the photos from the book! So from what I can see, the Indian rhino is very nice, best of the batch! Excellent detail, and I also like it's a little larger than Indian rhino #14183! Schlecih should use the Indian rhino as the standard for their other figures as well! So what's the book? I'm assuming a guide to Schlecih figures? |

I'm assuming a guide to Schlecih figures? The book is made by Gascher. It can be bought in many places, I bought mine where I buy the figures. One place is : [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]It comes in English and German. But the German version also has english translation, - I find it very useful to have both languages. I must ad, it is not perfect, but extremely good to have !!! |
