| Great items well done!
Have you noticed that the Made in China YAK is much much better in quality than the Made in Germany Yak?
The China Yak is painted superbly with matt paint whereas the German one is made from a shinier plastic. I know it sounds strange as usually the China models have the glossier plastic but I have two Yaks, one from Germany and China and the Chinese model is much better. |

| Thanks everyone for the comments.
Sue, they fly quiet far to get to me, this time a friend brought them from Miami as they can not be found here in Peru.
By the 20th I should be receiving some more that will fly quiet longer as they will be coming from Minnesota with my sister that is coming to spend christmas here in Peru.
I am trying to get all the ones that are already on the market before they run out of stock and here is where I need some help from you all. Who can tell me someting about the pigs which ones are better, the pink ones or the black and white?
Also talking about the cattle, are the long horns and the Scotish highlands good figurines, do they worth to have? Also about the goats. I am asking this as in the past I do not use to collect farm animals but now that I bought the cows I am really impressed by the quality of this figurines and would like to know if the others are as good as this or even betters.
Regards, |

| Good additions! And your new crocodile - is it Made in China? Here in Kiev all the crocs I've seen in shops recently are all Made in Germany, and they have very awkward painting - not green but blueish, sort of "gray-and-turquoise". That's a rare case when I like China-made version more!! - Schleichzoo wrote:

I see the case I mentioned doesn't concern the croc only... _________________ Owners of miniature zoos on shelves, unite! My collector's blog

| Congratulationes Allejandro! Great new catches there! Numaan: My Yack is from Portugal, and i bought it in Germany! This means, this model was made in all of the 3 production countries, which wonders me, as normally, Portugal models are only made there nowerdays(not in the old days...) I think, he is great, although a domesticated one, in this colour. Here is the pic: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |

| Beautiful photos as usual Alejandro. I love the pair of budgies. When I purchased them I wished Schleich had made them as big as a real to life budgie as I have one sitting on my computer at work. So cute. Anna's figures look awesome! Alejandro you know how to bring out the best when it comes to photos! ~ Sue |

| Thanks you all a lot for your words. I am still missing some previous horses and farm animals that would like to have but I am waiting from someone that will come from the states in order to bring them home as I can not find them here.
Hi Roger, yes I was lucky that Anna could send me her Takin and Bongo, they are absolutely beautiful.
Once again thanks you all
