It is VERY simple : I have two old office lamps, and a bend piece of grey cardboard for background. I put it on top of a little box on the dinner table to get it up at eye-level . One of the lamps has a normal bulp, because it is the lamp I use for reading. The other has a "cold", blue light, because the normal bulp makes the picture yellow.
