| I need a new collection like a Carnotaurus needs an accordion, but I couldn't resist these birds... and, well, technically they are dinosaurs, so let's just say I've diversified a little. The owl is Bullyland, the others are from these cheap tubs of goo with an animal model in them. As you can see, the paintjobs leave something to be desired... I know, so glad I found that one. I have a thing for condors and vultures, but for some inexplicable reason they don't seem to be popular..? Seriously Schleich, Safari, Bully, Papo, and all you others: enough with the bald eagles for a while - let's see some different birds! |

Seriously Schleich, Safari, Bully, Papo, and all you others: enough with the bald eagles for a while - let's see some different birds! Sumo, I really like vultures as well, I used to have a king vulture as a pet, he was an old zoo bird, pinnioned so he couldn't fly but for some reason he liked shoe laces. He would steal them from shoes whenever he had a chance, if someone new came over he would stalk them until they were not paying attention and grab one of the laces and once he had it would run around the yard until he got caught and you could take it back or until he ate it! At some point I would like to get some others, like a bearded or palm nut vulture but for now I just have to enjoy the ones Ana sculpted for me. |
