Very nice, is that a mirror for the reflection? That is a great effect, I have a reflection on my muddy river, but as I am building it there is a layer of dust over it and it makes the surface dull and there is no shine.

Very very nice diorama! Except...if you want the tiger to match your artistic hard work, use a Papo tiger!!!

Thank you everyone! Yes, that is a mirror. I think in an area where there is a lot of vegetation, the water's surface is reflective because the decomposing plant matter in the water creates a mirror effect. But in a more desert landscape, the water will be clear, or muddy. I am also working on a diorama in a desert landscape and that will not be reflective. I think I'm going to use clear laundry detergent for the water and probably muddy it up a bit.

Thanks again!

Kiki, I used to sell oil paintings on the internet, that I painted myself. Now I see the prints for sale on sites around the world. I am hesitant to make the photos of print quality for that reason. I hope you understand.

Keep up the good work

I know this water and tigers very well, because i was standing on the other side of the water some months ago... Cool.
It is at a place in the zoo where you can go into the restaurant, or buy souvenirs.
and you can sit on the big terrace, and watch the tigers on the other side of the water.
It is Safariparc Beekse Bergen in Hilvarenbeek in the Netherlands...
Nice zoo by the way, you can walk through, drive trough, and even partly by boat! Very Happy

By the way, please tell the owner of the souvenirshops, that they have to sell more animal models, like the brands we all know(toys), and not only those expensive Resin models. Shocked
I could only buy a few plastic animals there, some resins, and some made out of stone... Laughing Rolling Eyes

Great idea with the mirror! And the whole set looks excellent. Where do you store/display it?
