Hello Magda you can buy here:

First you have to register and once done you have to make a deposit of money for a similar value're willing to spend on your bids (via paypal or credit card).

Then you have to bid(the dynamic is the same as Ebay), if you win the auction at the price you have to add 8% tax over bank charges (approximately 2 €) and the cost of local shipping .For last you will have to arrange international shipping

If 750Yenes get by counting the approximate cost gasot I mentioned you serious about 12Euros plus the cost of international shipping
