I Would not have supposed such a diversity among hornbills 19 species?!!      

The way we engage in this hobby is evidently diverse, and the variety among collectors is one of the intriguing aspects of it. You are particularly fortunate to possess the talent for crafting your own figures; otherwise, it would be impossible to encounter such a multitude of representations of one of my favorite bird families. I believe this avian family, comprising not just 19 but possibly 50 or 60 species, remains significantly underrepresented in the realm of toy animal figures. The sole figure in my collection happens to be a rarity, a generous gift from Kiki; without it, I might not have any representation at all, at least not yet.

It is obvious what you say Rogério is true, this avian family, includes many species, I had a few hours of leisure for this collection: and I hope it will bear these fruits in the future it is there and shown to this effect mainly.
I have a Kaiyodo, a Bandail and a Chap-mei of one of these species and they are hard to find there is a keychain and a yowie and that's it!
For some time now, some professional artists have been making wonderful replicas.
I think as you say so well: without that, I would perhaps have no representation, at least not yet.. it pleases me to finally see a glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel Thank you

I love the way you sort your figures but I would put the gentoo penguin on top with the yellow-eyed just below.

Spectacled eider is such a cool sea duck. It reminds me somehow a puffin or I junst need new spectacles.
Birds is a very diversified subject so it will keep you busy forever.
