New birds Custom at Lucky-Luke

Here are two new bird species in my collection;    
I chose two models of Safari Ltd, not because they were not good but quite remarkable very beautiful carvings still congratulations      
I bought two new figurines to make a new challenge;    
a helmeted coracine and a green pirole!    
you may have recognized the two basic subjects?  
mockinbirds and raven; Here is the result what do you think

Magpies are awesome, but this one is out of this world beautyful

Here is a little more complicated the following The long-wattled umbrellabird also spectacular birds.    
It will go well in my collection with the Three-wattled bellbird.  

The helmeted coracine is found in a narrow area along the Pacific slope of the Andes in southwestern Colombia (Chocó) and west of the Equator (south to El Oro).

Very lovely, is the umbrella-bird a repaint with some sculpting on it? as the green bird is the Safari mockingbird

the umbrella bird is the crow from Safari Ltd, customized, by drilling holes in it to lay wires for the parasol and branching them to raise the platform. I also shortened her tail

Interesting, thank you. I originally thought you had used the old Schleich raven and I was thinking what a bad use of a gorgeous retired figure, but now I know you've used an available figure, phew

I have seen a umbrella bird as figure. It is a sooooooo much wanted figure now

Nice umbrellabird, the result is quite convincent in realism.

I could not identify them. You did a great work and they are not so rare. They're just hard to get. I am also more enthusiast about customs over damaged figures but they are always great when they are made with that quality.

Fantastic! You have so many ibises and I don't have a single one.

The homemade ones are just gorgeous, I just need that torrent duck!
I tried repainting one of my mute swan doubles as a black swan but it failed miserably

kaiyodo last comer custom a wood pigeon, that I have been observing for several days around my home!
it made me want to have it in my collection !

And one of them is the European wood pigeon, which I love so much
They make the most terrible nests, and it is always a miracle that the chicks don't fall off

My mom lived in apartment rather high up, and in front of here window was the top of a big birch tree with very thin and bendable branches.
A pair of wood pigions made a "nest" from a few twigs, and the female was brooding on 4 eggs.
My mom almost had a heart attack whenever the wind was whipping the "nest" from side to side, but they succeeded to get two babies to grow up !!!!!!

Fortunately your story ends well Susanne,
often only two survive in a large brood. Feeding and stronger young cast the weak out of the nest!
