| Love turtles. Almost love these. Wish they weren't smaller than the Kaiyodo standard but at least the hatchling status almost justifies it. Still definitely buying.
And taking orders now of course.
Please PM if interested.
Thanks. Brett |

| Hey Dirk--or anyone who speaks Japanese...
Does the discussion speak at all to any of the prehistoric figures being released, or their being part of a new line?
HERE is the link
Thanks. Brett |

Thanks. Brett This news interview introduces the designer Goro Furuta of Kaiyodo. He is good at making monster figures and ancient creatures figures. The news interview did not mention that the new figures being released. The Japanese in the webpage is the content of the news, you can try to use Google Translate to understand the general content. |

| On rare occasions companies release figures in gold along with the naturalistic paint versions. The Kitan Africa set comes to mind.
They have never been at all popular with my buyers and I'm not sure what the draw is to do so.
Dirk, maybe you know?
I can tell you that the two sliders are somewhat chase figures, made in lesser numbers and costing twice as much as the other three.
Still inexpensive though.

Alfonso Yes, the gold turtle figures in this set are secrets, because all 5 types are written in the leaflet. Like Brett said, they have also never been at all popular with Chinese collectors, I think Japanese collectors like it because the golden turtle is a mascot in Japanese culture. |
